The PRIDE Award Program

There are many excellent people who work in your organization. Most of the time, these people toil in obscurity, doing a good job, and never receiving adequate recognition for it. Creating a PRIDE Award Program provides an opportunity for coworkers to recognize each other.

The PRIDE Award Program is a form that you can fill out for a coworker describing an excellent job that he or she did for you. At the end of the month, the administrator of the PRIDE program pulls a name for someone who received a PRIDE Award for that month and awards something small, such as a gift card to a restaurant. The PRIDE form can be paper or electronic – we like paper as you can hang them in your office. Here’s an example template for a PRIDE form:
